The Grillium

When you've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years as a server/bartender and you frequently visit local establishments with amazing bartenders/staff and you go to Grillium only to hear the OWNER talk bad about his own staff and hear staff say they are instructed to NEVER apologize to patrons its really disheartening to support them. There are many other local bars/restaurants to support. Grillium does appear to appreciate your business. Update: I did reach out to the owner who left his phone number for me to contact. I had to assert my knowledge as to the fact I witnessed, state my background in the industry, and got to be heard only after a few times of asking to not to be Interrupted. Overall, he was defensive, articulate, and finally remorseful.

Ordered Nashville chicken sandwich, the chicken itself was really good but the bun was very cold as if it just came out the fridge and was hard. We ordered a pretzel that had taken awhile after our main entrees came out and the girl who delivered our food said sorry your pretzel was sitting in the oven for awhile so they had to make another one and we still had to pay full price for the inconvenience. My margarita was good but the old fashioned tasted very watered down. I wouldnt eat a full meal here again but for sure a great happy hour special thatwe werent made aware about as our waitress did not know or explain to us after we asked. Overall not good customer service but it was busy.
