I am a new client, I was doing business with the tax service right below these wonderful people. They are not prudish like the 3rd floor tax place. I trust this business as help for the command man!

We were having issues with our business and personal tax preparations. We spoke to the office manager, and she stated she would have a partner call us back today. Karl called back and as we were trying to explain to him what our concern where he stated, “Shut up, stop talking and listen”! We then said, “do not speak to us that way”. Karl then said, “you have a good day mam” and hung up. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a fellow business owner, the lack of professionalism from Karl is appalling. We called back and spoke with the office manager again and she was very willing to listen to us and refund the retainer that we paid to VerBout back in 2 months ago.

They do my taxes and I did everything the way I was instructed. Now the IRS will be coming after me. I have been going there for 45 years and now any problems are mine. Never go there. There's place that that will see to it that your taxes are done right and filled.
