        I rented a Uhaul truck to move my son to a new apartment. It was the Friday of the snowstorm. I got stuck in the snow at a bad angle and could not go forward or back because of the wet snow. Dan came shortly after my phone call to him. He studied the situation which was very difficult. He figured out how to use a nearby tree to angle the truck and eventually pulled me onto my driveway. This was a very difficult tow which Dan did with patience and ingenuity. He could have told me it could not be done and have been on his way but he took the time and effort to figure it out and I got my son moved. Dan is a genius.

        My vehicle stalled off 97 and I was able to call and get towed within 30 mins and off to where I needed it to go. The driver and the operator on the phone were very kind and patient with helping me out. Definitely will count on them again if I need it!
