We have been coming here since early 2000's, I was in kindergarten. They were always loyal and friendly. Now I have been canceled on multiple times, not made aware of this cancelation unless I make the call to confirm. I asked to reschedule and they said the soonest they can get me in is October. You've canceled on me multiple times and the soonest you can get me in is OCTOBER!? Choosing to go elsewhere now.

Very traumatic new patient experience!!!! Was told I needed major dental work only to find out by seeing another dental office (and going off previous dentist) that is not the case. They fired me by letter after being very cruel and judge mental and difficult cleaning (only 2 visits by them) Ive never received a letter after having a bad experience by the provider to tell you cant go back to them (not that I would)!!!! Husband referred me and is moving his care as well. Be aware and check out knollwood dentistry for an amazing experience and having great care!
