Used this company for years with out much problems. Till there was a problem. Basically they sold me the wrong heater. I installed it customer said thats not the one they wanted/ ordered. Called WHO they said too bad and would rather lose a customer then do the right thing. People answering the phones can be rude and unhelpful also.

I had an issue with our boiler soon after installation. Unfortunately the plumbing company who installed the boiler could not figure out why. so I personally contacted WHO Andy came out and found the plumber did set the temperature sensor incorrect, so when outside temp fluctuated it went off and on. Since Andy reset the sensor we had no issues . A week ago our boiler did not work and a couple of hours later it backed on by itself. So I had same plumber over but again he could not figure out why it went on and off in two days. WHO sent Andy out again for us and he found it was expansion tank issues. I know WHO is a whole sale company to the plumbing company so I felt lucky that they helped me in personal level. I was impressed how Andy throughly inspect the boiler and took time to figure out issues and he even changed one of the parts for free. This family business and their employee knows how to take care of customer.
