Working with Allison on the design side and Dave on the construction side allowed us to get access to skilled professionals during both stages of the project. We recently completed a primary bathroom remodel with Executive Remodeling. The project was difficult, and involved water leaking between floors and substantial work elsewhere in the house. We could not be more pleased with their process or with the end result. Everyone on their team was professional, timely and personable. Expectations were clear from the beginning and they consistently demonstrated expertise and flexibility to keep everything on track. We primarily worked with Allison and Dave: both were exceptional. Our bathroom looks outstanding and we will be working with Executive Remodeling again next year for a second remodel. We wholeheartedly recommend the company. Thank you!

We met the folks at Executive Remodeling at a local home remodeling event. We requested a consultation and a initial consultation meeting was scheduled with Allison three days later. After meeting with three other contractors we decided Executive was the right fit. Our project was a condominium kitchen, bath, laundry room, & fireplace remodel. The requirements for remodeling a condo are not as straight forward as a single family home. in addition to city permitting, approval from the Board of Directors and the property management company is needed.The HVAC, electric, & plumbing requirements are difficult in a condo. The Executive team and subs handled it all very professionally. In the past we owned a single family home and had completed numerous interior and exterior contracted projects. Our experience with Executive ranks right at the top. Our thanks to Allison, Dave, Brian, Reed, Bruce, Larry & the rest of the Executive team. All were very professional and communicated well. We certainly recommend Executive Remodeling.

I highly recommend Executive Remodeling. They were very customer focused and provided excellent quality in their products and workmanship. They guided me through the remodeling process and provided weekly updates as they completed my project on time and within my budget. Executive Remodeling began the process with me by discussing the realistic price range for a kitchen remodel in the Twin Cities area. To introduce me to their company, they presented me with a list of the different recognitions they have earned, and also provided me a copy of their Residential Building Contractor License and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Then, their Design Consultant, Allison, came out to do measurements for my kitchen. We also discussed updating other areas on my main level. I requested one quote for just the kitchen, and a second quote with the kitchen and the other areas. When Allison presented the quotes, I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable they were, and decided to move forward with Executive Remodeling and include the updating of the other areas of my main level. This decision required me to pack up and move out of my main level (kitchen, bedroom, dining room, and living room), and not have the use of my laundry room during the project. Allison and their project manager, Ryan, were very focused on customer satisfaction and paid close attention to details. Both promptly responded to my emails, text and phone calls. Ryan kept the flow of the project organized and on schedule. He was able to adjust to last minute changes and still kept the project on the predetermined schedule. Allison accompanied me to different vendors to see the product options. Her genuine enthusiasm and passion in helping clients to create their own unique spaces helps motivate clients. With Allisons keen sense in design and guidance in product selection, everything came together beautifully! I am so thrilled with the finished project! Bruce, the COO, was also active in the project by keeping me updated weekly and monitored the costs. When one of my product selections came in high, Bruce stepped in and provided acceptable changes to keep the project within my budget. Bruce, Allison and Ryan visited my home to monitor the progress and to make sure the work was done to their high standards. Executive Remodeling selects their team members based on their professionalism and high quality of work. When the electrical inspector came to do the inspections, he informed me that the electricians did excellent work and he had confidence in their workmanship. On the painting portion of the project, the two painters paid attention to the details and also took pride in their work. They appreciated the professional quality of work that the dry wall team did to repair my walls and ceilings to provide a well-prepared surface for the painters. My experience with Executive Remodelings preferred vendors has also been very positive. They provided support for their products with excellent customer service and promptly got back to me if I had any questions. As my kitchen remodel expanded into the main level, I was concerned how the project would go and if Executive Remodeling would successfully complete the project. I now look back at how exceptionally well the project ran and was completed on time. I have confidence in Executive Remodeling and am planning to have them update the lower level of my home. Their professionalism and high standards in the industry are very refreshing to see and to experience.

We decided on Executive Remodeling for our kitchen remodel/floor restoration and we couldnt be happier with the results. Allison(designer) was a pleasure to work with from day one. She is very down to earth and relatable. We discussed our wants and needs and she visually brought it together in her drawings. Pricing and allowances were all very clear in their proposal so we knew what we were getting into minus changes we made along the way. Ryan and all who were involved with the build were great. A calendar was shared with us so we knew when work would be done and Ryan communicated either by email or text if there were any changes to the schedule. All, were quick to respond if questions arose and any issues were addressed immediately. I would 100% recommend working with this group and we definitely will in the future.
