        I have been a patron of numerous Pearle Vision locations in the last decade. Had a great exam and experience at this location last year; spent $2k on updated lenses for old frames, new frames, and contact lenses. This year, I was asked several times over the phone if I have insurance, and if I have an alternative payment method for what insurance doesnt cover. I explain that I still have HSA, and have credit cards and cash. When I walked in today for my appointment, again the concern is payment, stating that my insurance doesnt cover an eye exam. My insurance card specifically states vision on the front; my insurance schedule of benefits covers an annual eye exam that I verified before my appointment. Photo attached for proof. If you are more concerned with payment before services are even rendered, then require pre-payment instead. Im not doing business with anyone who acts like Im a delinquent of any kind without reason. I am more than happy to spend the money you seem to think I dont have elsewhere.
