We go through the whole process of filing our taxes but towards the end their filing system freezes. She said shes going to reboot her system which will take 10 additional minutes. We go through the entire process again. We get to the end again and same thing happens. We end up printing up forms to sign so they dont need us to come back in once they get the system working again. We finally left two hours after our appointment, and for paying over $350 I would expect so much more.
The people there are nice and were very apologetic but the everyone is filing so the system is slow is a poor excuse. Whether its user error or the system they use, I would not come here if you are hoping to easily file your taxes in a quick seamless way as they advertise.
