Ive been seeing Lauren for nearly a year to help with balancing my hormones. I started once a week and am currently once per month. Lauren is very knowledgeable in her practice and does a thorough history and checks in with symptoms at every appointment. She is very patient and is a good listener. I love that she also uses herbs to assist with symptoms as well. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone who needs assistance with any imbalance or pain. I also love that shes in Hastings so I dont have to travel 30 minutes or more to get quality care.

Lauren at Talisman Healing Arts is amazing!! I have been seeing Dr. Lauren Patridge, for approximately six months due to an adverse reaction to medication causing high anxiety. Lauren s impeccable knowledge has helped shift my nervous system to a calmer state. Laurens patience, compassion, and understanding encompasses every meeting. She manages to settle my mood, even when beset by anxious feelings. Her practice provides an atmosphere that is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Laurens qualifications exceed expectations; she surprises me often with new ideas for addressing my complicated circumstances. Shes so much more than an acupuncturist! I wholeheartedly recommend Lauren to family, friends, and strangers alike.

Dr. Lauren is a wonderful acupuncturist. Lauren has treated me for a number of issues. As a result of radiation treatments for prostate cancer I was experiencing extreme fatigue. Accupuncture calmed me and helped restore my energy. Most recently, I received treatment from Lauren after injuring my back shoveling snow. My doctor diagnosed it as sciatica and prescribed physical therapy. But there was no relief from the pain! The treatment that Lauren provided not only gave me pain relief, but helped calm me and helped my sciatica heal faster. Lauren is a skilled practitioner who has improved the quality of my life!

I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren. I scheduled a consult because after what has been a difficult year, to say the least, I needed more general and direct health/wellness support and wanted a plant-focused, holistic approach (since regular meds offer me little relief.) After a thorough questionnaire and meeting Lauren provided an extensive write up of recommendations and custom tinctures that I slowly incorporated to my daily life to the best of my abilities. I expected it to be challenging but found the changes and shifts to be simple, easy and gentle. After a month or so I noticed dramatic improvements in my health and habits that I didn't think were possible (I had less severe flares or minimal bleeding for example). I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep this up but Lauren has been communicative and available for extra support and tinctures. The protocol is so thorough I am confident I have the tools and knowledge to maintain and continue building on my health regimen. I am so glad I scheduled my consult and highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their health with plants do so too!

I have received pain-relieving acupuncture from Dr. Lauren Patridge numerous times for knee and thumb osteoarthritis. This kind of pain can be immobilizing, yet even in flare-ups, acupuncture allows me to walk and work without pain. I can now rely solely on acupuncture from Dr. Lauren for pain relief, without having to take any medication. Five years ago, an orthopedic surgeon said I would need knee replacements in several years. I am nowhere near that point, and I thank acupuncture for it!! In addition to the pain relief, I particularly appreciate Dr. Laurens gentle, kind, and understanding approach which promotes an anxiety-relieving atmosphere of relaxation and healing for me.
