The lady that "helped me" must have been very damaged by a man in her past. The trouble she has brought me was undeserved & will be costly. I can't judge other people's actions, I can only try to understand forgive & move on

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my moms birthday. I paid $95 and I wanted to shop local and support small businesses. Not doing that again. The bouquet my mom received looked like it was made by my 5 year old brother. It looked nothing like the picture, the colors of the flowers where completely different then pictured and half of the flowers where still closed. When I called the shop to talk about my concerns the woman on the phone told me if I don’t like her work I should shop somewhere else. She did not apologize once, and she was very rude. Awful customer service. Meloy park florist is all for the money and not for the customers.

I live on the Minnesota/Canadian border next to the BWCA. A very close and dear friend from Hastings passed away, and I wanted to make sure an arrangement of flowers would be at the chaple for the service. I called and explained to the florest the kind of person I wanted the arranement to represent. He was not only the best drummer I ever had in the band, but he was an avid outdoorsman who had a deep connection with nature. As a painter of the wildlife he saw, he had also placed in the "duck stamp" contest...he loved the winged...... on the day of the funeral, I could not have been more pleased with what Meloy Park Florist had put together and delivered in my name. The arrangement got such positive comments about how it matched my friend and his life. His daughter could not thank me enough. I am writing this long review because I wanted those reading it to also know why I gave the rating I did. I can not thank this florist enough. I got more than I paid for, and I am greatful.
