Test drove a 2016 GMC Yukon and liked it a lot. Had them value our trade and got everything written up and had cash in hand. Was told they would be in contact with us the next day at 10am to discuss our trade and next steps when one of the owners was available. Was told multiple times by Ken that he would put the vehicle on hold and no one would test drive it. Tried calling the next day. Ken was busy said he would call back. Never got a call back. Called a few other times and never got an answer. Tried the next day and no answer. Showed up at the dealer which they were not expecting and they sold the vehicle from underneath us. Said they had some concerns with our trade and had absolutely no answer when asked why they couldnt have called us and talked to us to let us know. Their excuse was one of the owners sold it for more than the list price. But still no reason as to why they didnt call us like Ken said he would the next day. Would not recommend spending any amount of time or money with the lack of professionalism, communication and dodging our phone calls instead of being a professional adult to explain the situation and see if a sale could still be made.
