        Their signup process was a pain. The e-signature documents wouldn't load. Went in to manually sign the documents 5 days later (they were unexpectedly closed one of the days and I was out of town for the others) and when I terminated my contract they went by the date I gave them my information online and not the date on the signed contract. They also claimed (lied initially) that I had signed the contract 6 days prior to the date I actually signed it. The charge on my card was also $15 higher than my receipt shows it should have been, and they refused to work with me on a pro-rated refund because of the confusion claiming it's non-refundable. I can't recommend them to any friends.
