        The 12 hour shifts are unacceptable. The DuPont work schedule is slave labor . I have worked here in 2001 and seen many fools work here under slave conditions . Nothing has changed. Travel tags exploits Hmong slave labor . The company knows people cant work the 3/12 DuPont schedule forever and knows it will not have to fulfill pensions because nobody retires from the floor . This is the worst management
