        Told me an appointment time but changed it with out contacting me. Had to go their twice only to get turned away because I did not have my copay!.. told them to bill me but was told no!. They don't do that anymore.. OK, fine. But let people know when they call!!.. Good amount of pain but they don't care. Only care about the money and not the people... I'm forced to find another Dentist now... they are in the profession of helping people. But not if you don't have your copay I can't do business with them anylonger.. Save yourself a struggle and move on

        They're are actively discriminating against people on MA with their scheduling policies allowing other people with different insurance to fill up the schedule so people on MA can't get an appointment. Not equitable Healthcare at all.

        Refuses to see anyone even those that have been seen at the clinic in the past. In major pain but they dont care.
