Shady payment practices, multiple neighbors say similar- have auto pay set up and keep getting charged late fees, when I log in to check three days later after get the late fee it says payment cleared, at first I figured an error somewhere and didn't think anything of it, clarified the auto pay settings etc, but it kept happening, after the third time I called to ask how am I getting late fees when auto pay is set up and they said the payments were declined, but then they go through without me doing anything but with the late fee, confirmed the auto pay settings again this time on the phone with them. They won't refund the late fees either.

Fast loading but heavy rubbish that is poorly paid by the broker. You need to weigh before and after loading, the scales are further along the road after the railway crossing, the second turn to the right

Just switched from a competitor to Republic for trash and recycling due to my bill doubling in about 3 years. My service with Republic hasn't started yet, so this review is more about their sales rep, Jake. Jake was able to get me a quarterly rate that was actually cheaper than what I was paying every 2 months, plus guarantee that rate for 2 years. That saves me almost a couple hundred dollars a year. If Republic's service is as good as Jake's customer service, then I don't foresee any issues. Very professional, personable and efficient. Thanks for your help Jake.
