Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Inver Grove Heights

Okay first of all just dont deal with or check in to this hotel at all. So when me and my children checked in to the room it was nasty dirty and filthy. My son had picked up and played with an already used hair removal razor that was filled with hair. The sheets on the bed had looked like they just made the bed up from the previous guests with hair and stains all over it, the towels looked like they been used and the floor needed to be sweeping as well. I called the front desk to complain and the guy brung more dirty sheets to the room for me to change myself. I asked for another room or refund and was moved to a slightly cleaner but yet still dirty room. Towels and sheets need replaced shower and curtain was yellow not white anymore and the couch/chaise chair looked like ppl had been having some grown ppl fun in it nothing but white crusty stains smh!! This hotel needs an update and a deep cleaning.. Ive tried to reach out to manager but they keep giving me the run around about manager not being there multiple times. I will never give them another dollar and I still want my refund cause the room we was switched to was cheaper than the suite I originally booked. Also a lady was complaining about someone stealing out her room when we were checking out!! I WOULD NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE IF I WAS YOU!!

WORST STAY EVER!!!!! I had stayed here before so I booked the same room. I booked a Deluxe King Suite, oversized (790 Sq. ft., separate living and bedroom areas, big bathroom, wheelchair accessible ). When I checked in I was given a King Studio (575 Sq. Ft., tiny bathroom). The girl (yes I called her a girl) at the front desk was VERY RUDE. She basically called me a liar and said that I would never get a Deluxe room for what I paid. (I showed her my receipt from both this time and the last time I stayed). I booked the same room and it was almost the same price, but she said it must have been a mistake and I would have to pay double to get the room I wanted. The room smelled horrible, floor was dirty, hair all over in shower, toilet moved when sat on (not bolted to the floor). It was noisy all night (people talking, doors slamming). There is nothing soundproof about this place. There was no breakfast in the morning. There was 1 waffle and a piece of bread when I went down. There was nothing when booking that said it was a $100 cash deposit. Then you have to wait 15 minutes for them to go check your room when you check out. The girl at the desk needs to learn some manners (maybe start with learning English). I'm not saying the customer is always right, but not all of us are as stupid as she thinks. You need to remember that word of mouth is at least 50% of business. I WON'T be staying here again and WILL NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS, GO. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! Rooms: Dirty, smelly, disgusting. Safety: People coming and going all night. Didn't feel very safe. I had random people knock on my door in the middle of the night. Food & drinks: Machines didn't work. No breakfast as advertised.

If you're looking for a bed to sleep in that's okay, then this place will do. Unless you're on the first floor. We traveled with our 6mo old and got a room on the 1st floor. We heard every single thing from above up and next to us. If the people next door weren't yelling at each other, talking loudly they were having sex. This lasted from check-in at 3pm till almost midnight. I called front desk at 11. They called the neighbors but that didn't stop them. I ended up walking to the front desk at 11:45pm and both attendants walked and knocked on their door. Luckily, that helped a little. The room was picked up but not clean. Shower was dirty. Towels were dirty with someone else's hair on them.

Don't know if this is normal but the front desk wanted me to leave off site once arriving at 3 am to go get cash for a deposit instead of using a card. Really inconvient chose to stay somewhere else.
