I'm in the collision business and have met over 100 Farmers Agents over the years and attest to the differences in the level of involvement and have noted the differences over time. Some just leave the claims process to the Farmers adjusters and all it a day but Mike genuinely participates in the claims solution. It's personal to him. Thanks for really helping your customers Mike.

Mike and Roxie are always there to answer questions and look at our policies to make sure we have correct coverage and in line with fees. We have been with them for 25 plus years. They are the best and fantastic with their customer service skills.

Been Michaels Farmers client for many years and have had no complaints, altho very few claims, thus no reason for any problems. However premiums, especially homeowners, have seen double digit percent increases for the past 5 years. Upon contacting Mike to express frustration for these increases in the absence of any claims, Mikes suggestion was to lower coverage amounts or increase deductible. NO, you need to write policies for less, not cover less. So I solicited quotes from 4 Farmers competitors. All 4 had lower rates for both auto and homeowners, for identical coverage and deductibles. $740 savings per year for the company I selected. I called Mike to inform him that I wasnt renewing. He became very irate, telling me I couldn't be saving that much (I am) and didn't have identical coverage (I do). Yelling at me, calling me a liar, is very unprofessional (in my opinion) and doesnt reflect well on you or Farmers. You made my decision much easier. Good bye.
