        Spoke with Zach via phone calls and the internet to set up an appt to go over a bid. Zach said he would get a hold of me the next day and would come between noon and 2. At 150 I got a text from Zach asking if 315 would work. I said yea. 315 came and went. At 335 I text him asking if he was coming. And again at 350. No response to either. 20 hours after my appt I got a message from Zach. He stated that while in route to our appt he stopped at a gas station and got his cell phone stolen from his vehicle. Very unfortunate incident. As much as I understand that happening, its unfortunate for all involved. Made it a point to be available and be home for my appt, and disappointed with the no show. He did offer to come anytime to still give a bid.
