        This dive is the worst. Do not purchase a home here you will regret it as the lot rent is 4 times the average lot rent for this region. The hired help are nothing more than unqualified handymen. RHP properties is nothing more than a greedy money monging gang that knows nothing about management. More to come soon as I have lived in this dive for 13 years. Very important to know the water coming from the well in this dive is toxic and will destroy your pipes and toilets. Just imagine what will happen if you drink it.

        My father built this park some 50 years ago. It was beautiful. Still is. I hate to see it with a 3.4 star rating so I leave this review in hopes that the ownership can give the residents of this community, which is sentimental to me, a wonderful place to call home and worthy of 5 stars.
