Absolutely not! If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. This firm is very unprofessional and will not respond by email or phone once youve been retained as a client. Maggie the paralegal assured me I could seek treatment and I would receive reimbursement from my auto insurance company. Once I signed paperwork and retained this law firm she and the attorney were nonexistent. My medical bills continued to pile. I called my medical providers several times and was informed the law firm never requested my medical records. Constant calls to the law firm and never any follow up. If that wasnt bad enough I finally got Maggie on the phone an entire year later (2023) and asked to speak with my assigned attorney. Maggie then informs me hes out of office and cant take my call. We end the phone call and 1 minute later the attorney called screaming in my ear that they closed my case 2 days prior to me calling and would not be moving forward. Really? After 2 years of having my case and constant ignoring of my attempts to contact. When I pointed out my awareness of the firm never requesting my records and not returning my phone call since retaining my case the attorney began to scream even louder and shifted the blame on me. He stated he would mail out my file for proof that my records had been requested and obtained by the law firm. Yet Im writing this review 2 months after that call occurred and guess what? Of course I still have not received my file. Now Im left paying thousands of dollars out of my pocket for treatment that I was told would be covered. I dont believe any of these 5 star reviews, its just not possible. Unbelievable treatment and the entire office should be disbarred. Please run away from this law firm quickly and find an attorney with reputable ethics and outcomes.

Pete kesner Is an outstanding attorney Pete Took on an auto accident case for me And did an outstanding job And Susan Farr His secretary Did an outstanding job on taking care of all the paperwork and talking to the insurance companies And doctors To make a rock solid case And they did And I'm very happy with the settlement that I got Thanks again Pete and Susan They are a good team

They we more than helpful after my crash. Very professional yet personal. They took time to answer any questions or explain things in detail so much so that the questions I had were few and limited. They allowed me time to heal and handled all my claims with in amazing time.Very responsive , if they missed a call ,I would hear from them in less than 24 hours. I feel better , Im back to me and now n top of that I believe I got what I was entitled to. Thanks Pete & Susan
