        Slide out fixed better than new. Seriously. Was installed out of tolerance at the factory service center. Good communication from the Service Department, good turn around time, and cost less than expected. Would definitely recommend.

        I recently retired from the military and had never owned an RV when I went to Kunes RV of La Crescent. I was so glad I did! Over the next few days Shane, Wayne, John, and Laura guided me. They were there every step of the way, giving me information on RV options, showing me different models, walking through the different features and details of the camper I chose, and arranging the financing I needed to take it home. All of this was stress-free and even fun! Best of all, at no point did I feel like someone was trying to sell me something. It all felt natural, friendly, and easy. A special shout out to Wayne, who worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted, and John, who spent a long time making sure that camper and newbie were both ready for the new adventure!
