Alissa is wonderful! Her client and office areas are always neat and clean. She conducts her services with complete professionalism, and does a great job of explaining the electrolysis process. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her profession and you can see this during sessions. I have been to quite a few appointments with Alissa and am very pleased with my results. I look forward to seeing Alissa for my appointments, as she is easy to communicate with and is always warm and welcoming.

Alissa, the owner, was our live-in nanny several years ago, and weve stayed in touch since then. She is a genuinely caring person who takes the time to authentically get to know everyone she meets. I know she really loves what she does and loves serving her clients and feels privileged to interact with such a diverse group of people.

Edited: I was a client for quite some time. As someone who personally prides myself is kindness and professionalism I am confident when I say the moment the email was sent disparaging a past employee and inappropriately discussing unfounded accusations showed a level of unprofessional conduct that does not align with my values. This was absolutely reaffirmed with the businesses response below.
