Springs at Lakeville Apartments

Please do your do diligence and go down and read the reviews I ignored them thought people were just being ridiculous but they're all true cleaned our place top to bottom best we'd ever cleaned a place before leaving still hit us with over 900$ worth of outlandish charges the quality put into these places is miniscule especially craftsmanship than they just charge you do yourself a favor don't move here

Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Breanna a manager here goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and knowledge. Her kindness and patience is greatly appreciated! The Springs at Lakeville is lucky to have such a kind and accommodating staff member! This is my first apartment in over 23 yearsso much has changed! She and other staff have really made the transition easy for me. Im happy with my choice of living here.

I have been renting a studio apartment at the springs at lakeville for almost a year now. The apartment itself is fairly modern, clean, quiet, and actually pretty spacious for a studio. Would give 5 stars for the apartment alone, but what truly stands out to me in this community is the staff. Ive lived in 6+ different apartments, and the staff at the springs are BY FAR the best. Their response to any issue is almost immediate, and they are always helpful and kind. They have office hours with staff available 6 days a week, and an on call maintenance team when needed (which Ive used for minor issues, and they have successfully fixed them right away). In my previous experience with other apartments, that kind of service is extremely rare. THANK YOU to all of the staff at the springs for the wonderful work you do, and for making my renting experience so positive.

We've only been here since Nov 1 but love this unique community and the staff at The Springs. They're always friendly and helpful.
