Contacted this company to see about a reflash on my ecm back to stock. It had gotten a quote from dealer prior, $130 take about 20 minutes they said. Checked with moonlite to see what they charged. They quoted me $225, how do you even justify that when the dealer does it at half the cost. These guys are just out to hustle. Asked him why they charge almost double the Dealer, his response well I had to buy a $1500 scanner to do the stuff. Not my problem you invested in your business to make money. Ripping people off is outrageous. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Especially after checking the reviews. Seems like they are going downhill. I message you prior to finding someone with a tech 2 to do it for $100, wasnt expecting you to do it any cheaper in fact I expected it to be a little more. I messaged you last night, the other guy got back to me before you did, so for you to make it sound like Im trying to hustle you you are dead wrong my guy. And you keep calling me Stacey as if to get a rise out of me lol, sorry not going to happen, and to blame it on auto correct twice. You sir are a Im just looking for the cheapest and you are the most knowledgeable? Ha thats a bit conceited, you realize the guy with the tech 2 is a gm technician and does stuff on the side, also not to mention he has been far more professional and courteous than you. And hes coming to me, how do you beat it.
