Best insurance agents in the business! Always quick with honest information and find ways to help you. They work with so many insurance companies that even when I have had issues getting things insured, they have it covered in a quick phone call. Amazing! If you are not sure what insurance you need or where to turn for help, this is it.

I posted a review three years ago (below) and they are still rock solid in every way! They're knowledgeable and thorough. Nothing better than shopping multiple insurance companies with one qualified agent.

Rick McIntosh is the worst insurance agent out there very rude told me he didn't want to deal with me because my account is smaller than others he deals with. He wrote me a bad policy through western national that has also been just as bad to deal with as him we had a loss on our tow truck and rick has done nothing to help, they sent an adjuster that wouldn't get under the truck to take pics of damage because he did not want to get dirty. they ended up declining my claim and now it is proceeding with my company hiring a lawyer my lawyer has sent a letter to them and them didn't even respond to that, we are going to proceed with this through court. They also will not let me add driver's absolute worst agency along with western national there's a reason they work together bunch of rude crook's rick should be fired. He hung the phone up on me on the last call because i told him my other agent said i could add the driver.
