First off, I never had so many issues with an insurance company. Second off I never requested the change of agent, and third off I never get a full answer on what exactly happened to my daughter's life insurance, except a form was never sign when the agent and her boss said everything was signed and this agent has a different story when I ask to switch agents due to the horrible customer service I've had, and the fact that she friend requested me on my Facebook, was highly unprofessional, and all the text messages I received from this lady. I'm going back to my original agent because, telling someone they received a refund, and yet never had a credit card number she has on file, let alone never receive the letter explaining why my daughter's life insurance was stopped, let alone why she won't reach out to me about my insurance question. Or only being in the office a few hours a day. What if something happened to me and my daughter where is this melissa lady as an agent??? I highly recommend and require no one goes to this person, who says one thing and does another like stealing money from customers.
