Aflac Insurance: Duane Pavlish

My Husband has been out of work for several weeks. He tried for 3 weeks to get through to their offices, or Anyone after not receiving the requested ppwk right after surgery. He called the person who gave him his card when signing up for this short term disability and she said basically that she wasn't available! He talked with his office manager at his employer's office and she finally was able to get copies of ppwk and faxed them to the surgeon's office approx a week and a half ago and Still hasn't received Anything from Aflac!! We wouldn't recommend this so called insurance to anyone now!!

AFLAC is a sad little company that doesn't like to payout at all!! I guess I was a couple days late getting my ppwk in with my payment cuz then they then find a way to call your surgery pre existing!! Yet they're Quick to take your payments, no pre existing there, even though they screw you! This company is a scam, beware! I'd give it 0 stars if I could!!!
