        The whole process was super easy from start to finish. When they arrived they were what we expected and all our guests loved the luxury trailer. They really elevated our backyard wedding experience. The delivery and pick-up were also super easy and the driver was great to work with and very professional.

        This company will not be a good long term service provider. Have called and requested a new John several times. Having dealt with the cranky customer service rep on multiple occasions it seems that the majority of her tasks involve dealing with similar complaints. Nasty company with nasty John's.
