I called to inquire how to become a client to receive assistance on filing my tenters rebate. Upon answering the lady on the line 7/22/2020 abruptly interrupted me stating that they don't help people who aren't clients and to call the MN dept of revenue and then hung up. So i tried calling back to explain that i was calling to try and become a client to get help theough their services. The same woman answered and put me on hold immediately. When she came back on the line, i said i had just called in and that i was trying to inquire how to be a client before she hung up on me and then she hung up on me again. Awful, awful customer service. She was downright rude and if that's how this company treats their clients then i feel terrible for whoever has to deal with her every year when it comes to tax time which is already stressful enough as it is, much less having to deal with someone as rude and awful as her.
