Brad, our leasing agent, was amazing. He was very kind and responsive and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Brad was very knowledgeable and professional as well!!

Laguna has been one of the best living experiences I've had to date. Brad, Tony, and Craig, were all very knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive during our time here. Even during the period of unrest this summer, they stepped up building security to make us all feel safe. I will happily recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment in the uptown area

We've recently been going through the process of choosing a place to live in Uptown. One of the things that immediately stuck out about Laguna versus the other buildings in the area was the responsiveness of the leasing agent, Brad. He was super accommodating and was very knowledgeable, being able to answer our questions with ease. Very responsive via email and text, and even used Zoom video conferencing to gives us a virtual tour.

We've just signed a lease at Laguna and couldn't be more excited! After much runaround in the Minneapolis rental market, we were relieved to have such a smooth experience. Laguna's leasing agent, Brad, was accommodating, responsive, and helpful with all of our needs. We're looking forward to the community feel and sense of support at Laguna.
