Maintenance takes a long time to show up, and closes work orders when they dont feel like completing them. I had a wasp infestation that they ignored for a month - I ended up having to sleep with a towel covering the bottom gap on my bedroom door.

I have never had a maintenance request get deleted or ignored. Anytime we have something go wrong they are there within a day. Our dishwasher broke twice after they tried to fix it twice.. they ordered us a brand new one. A light in a closet stopped working.. it was replaced within a day. Many other things we have requested.. always answered. They replace our air filters it seems monthly. They clean the windows at least once a year. Pool and Hot Tub are cleaned twice weekly. Very well kept up. Great views from the deck and from apartments. Overall, this is a great place to live.

loved my entire time living here! all of the management staff was always helpful and accommodating. requests were always handled in a timely manner and they have lots of fun events the put on for residents. the best perk was the roof deck with really great downtown views. highly recommend this building and the management company!
