Expensive for what you getyou pay for the whole buildings amenities. Appears to always have a leak and the main floors frequently smell moldy. There is minimal dog amenitiesthey could easily put in a fence in the back area to make an off leash area. Gym only open until 10 so not a great situation if you work nights and no sauna/steam room open. Issues with the garage door frequently allow anyone access to the cars. Minimum resident appreciation, no free breakfasts, all things that are offered in most uptown apartments. Maintenance and cleaning has been amazing. Front desk staff very pleasant. The lake view cannot be topped! Wish they took a little bit of time to make things nicer for what we pay!

Actually I would like to comment on my experience with The Beach Club. Jana, was very wonderful in her approach to my great, spacious, updated and spectacular view of the Lake. Moved in December 2022. Eddie is also Great!/wonderful and a secured asset to this property. With being on the road alot, I dont have any experience with amenities so I can't comment on that. I currently have two cars in the garage and never had any issues with unwanted visitors or theft. Everything has aways worked in my apartment and when I did need service, it was treated within a acceptable timely matter. (Really with-in) less then a day. I also had a closet door off the hinge and a storm door was off track, (Didn't report that) Both were fixed when i returned to my apartment and was I VERY IMPRESSED! To be fair, both were obvious but I didn't want to bother Maintenance with something I could have taken care myself, but they did! I think.it was a small leaking kitchen faucet, and a blown fuse or electric issue I called about. I do have one small takeback: This can be taken as either bad or good, depending on what side of the coin you're on. I wish, when I did ask for service that someone/anyone would have left a name of the Maintenance member who.provided the fix. Not only to let me know who was in my place, but to also let me ("Thank Them") for the service they provide via email, text or however communication is sought. It would be important that the Maintenance staff gets its business of replies as they are the reason this place is running smoothly. A general statement of any kind is much less supportable then a direct statement to a certain group. As far as the Hype of The Club. Im giving it 5 stars! I'm also taking in consideration that no place is perfect, and as I see when issues arrive- Between signs in elevators and The Emails you will be aware.. Johnny

I've always had amazing maintenance service at the Beach Club and I appreciate the team, however, my building keys slipped down the elevator shaft. I requested maintenance to help retrieve them as I could not reach them. I have an Apple AirTag attached to the keys so I can currently see the location of my keys on my iPhone and the location is pinging the elevator. Within 24 hours, I received a text saying my keys couldn't be found and in order to get keys, I would have to pay $55 to get a new set. I really had no choice because I need to get into my building. I'm disappointed that the keys are still there (notifications from my AirTag continue to specify the location) and I had to pay for a new set. This isolated issue has been unfortunate, so at this point, I'm not satisfied with this particular maintenance response.
