        THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THERE HAVE BEEN BREAK-INS, STABBINGS, FIRES THAT HAVE DETROYED THE MAJORITY THE APARTMENT AND MORE. IT IS UNSAFE.

        The Managment team Jen and Andrew are amazing. They have a great team from maintenance to housekeeping. All the staff is professional and friendly. I have had a great experience with all the staff and response time is always quick and are always accommodating. They have made a lot of progress making the community a great place to live. they really take pride in their work. Very happy living at the Blue.

        Unfortunately a lot changed while we lived here. If you love the location it might be worth it. If you appreciate more than that I would be cautious. I will say the maintenance crew here is outstanding!
