        Big shoutout to the staff at the Aristry. The office staff is friendly and always ready and willing to sort out any issues you may have. The real unsung heroes of this place is the maintenance crew. In the time I've lived here Shawn and John have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They're always prompt, professional and tackle every job with an upbeat, positive attitude; these guys rock!

        Ive lived here almost a year now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and willing to help in anyway they can, especially Abby! If youre looking to move to the downtown area, this is the place to be.

        Unlike almost ALL other leases, rent is due on the 1st with a grace period until the 3rd. I have never rented with the grace period anything other than the 5th. Additionally, the late fee is 8% applied immediately on the 4th. When paying rent, there is a section to donate to the employees of the management company. Pay your people a living wage!! Your renters should not have to subsidize for your greed. This is why people abhor landlords.
