The place was beautiful. I give 2 starts because of my experience with leasing agent. He seemed to be in a hurry from the moment we stepped in. He whisked us through the complex barely allowing us time to take in the surroundings. It felt like a race against the clock. The leasing agents attitude was less than welcoming. He appeared annoyed by my questions and seemed inconvenienced by showing us the apartments. Will be looking elsewhere.

Honest review from a current resident! This place is a solid 3 - mostly that high because the location is incredibly convenient (for my lifestyle). This is long, but trying to be thorough because I wish I could have read a review like this! If you've ever lived at a Greco property before, know that this is the dollar store version of Greco. Outside of the apartment layouts, there was no attention to detail and all the fixtures are cheap - like our bathroom faucet already unhinged and we've only lived here for 2 months. Both my boyfriend and I have lived at Greco properties before and we LOVED them. Our experience here has not lived up to that affinity. Management: Solid 3. - We have been emailing/texting them with an issue for three days only to receive no reply. This is an issue they addresses complex-wide and is still occurring. - My boyfriend had a severe allergic reaction to the scent they spray in the complex. Molly and Angie did contact Greco corporate and halted the scent. We were so grateful! Molly is no longer at the property... - Not friendly/pleasant or communicative. At any other complex I've lived at both in the midwest and west coast, and other Greco properties, my management has been kind & hospitable. Not here. Every encounter is awkward/uncomfortable, like it's inconvenient that you live here. Appliances/apartment fixtures: Terrible. Solid 2. - Our sink has not drained from the beginning. Whenever we use the sink we need to run the garbage disposal so the water and soap go down.. - Dishwasher is old but works well as long as every wash is on the high setting. - Cabinets are not soft close (we may be picky about this but it literally doesn't cost that much additional for this small detail). Also, our main island cabinets have had a slope even when they were empty and when maintenance came to look we were told "that's just how they are" after they were "fixed". Parking: Most people would probably say this is a con, but I'll go with a solid 3 again. - It's an outdoor open air garage, no heating. - There's also a ton of electric spots, which is great, but it's excessive and not necessary. With what they paid for electric spots, they probably could have added some heating to make the parking situation a bit more pleasurable. Amenities: Solid 3, again. - They're beautiful and great. Very grand! - The bluetooth system in the theater room and gym do not work. Tried it multiple times and asked management for help. Not functional. Outdoor spaces: - Can't really comment on this because it's winter so we have not been able to use these. Really hoping these turn my experience around in the spring-fall time. - If you have a dog who goes to the bathroom outside, expect to find one trash can outside of the back of the building and one in the front. They removed the one at the front which just means you're kinda trapped without a trash can. It wouldn't be a big deal but it seems it's given residents a reason to not pick up dog poop at all which is...disgusting. Other random notes that make this place a 3: - Randomly smells like w**d (sometimes) in the hallways and elevators. Maybe this is more common now, but I did not experience this with my last two complexes. - The complex is very quiet which is so nice. We are exterior facing so we hear some cars but that comes with the territory. Hoping this stays this way and it's not because of the newness/lack of residents in the building. - Pet spa. Also a nice feature but really hard to mess this one up. - Data Stream. This seems to be a point of contention for some residents. We had an issue one day with our wifi going out but Nicole from DS was very helpful and got it resolved. Management also assisted in this! Overall, my experience here has been okay. Full transparency, I think we both wish we would have gone with one of the other apartment complexes we toured or just stayed where we were at rather than moving to Corsa. I hope this review helps someone make a prepared decision about moving into Corsa rather than looking at all the 'flashiness' of it!

I recently moved into Corsa Apartments and have been thoroughly impressed. The place is brand new, with a fresh and clean atmosphere that immediately caught my eye. What truly stands out, however, is the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Angie, Molly, and De-lajah are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist residents. As for amenities, Corsa Apartments offers a movie room, lounge, rooftop clubroom, pool and hot tub, and gym, all of which are fantastic additions to the living experience. It's in a beautiful area close to the city but with incredible outdoor views wherever you live! Overall, I highly recommend Corsa Apartments for anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to call home.

Overall a nice building in a good area, close to uptown but not uptown. Ive lived in this area for 2 years (not the apartment complex since its not even a year old) and toured a bunch of complexes in St. Louis park. This is by far the best and newest if you dont like the college vibes of West End. Close to greenway and walking trails, close to the soon to be finished light rail. Target, fresh thyme are a 2 min drive (could even walk there if you want) Pros: brand new building, nice appliances, overall good design, maintenance is fast, internet is built in through data stream and WiFi and Ethernet works at move in if you work from home or game, havent used the gym but its definitely impressive compared to other luxury buildings Ive lived it. Nice secure package room. Cons: open air garage- not sure who thought this was a good idea in MN. Hot tub isnt open year around (told its because the tile around it isnt heated) also not sure who thought this was a good idea. The HVAC heating doesnt blow hot air, its more of a luke warm, the temp in the apartment stays consistent to what you set it at, but the air from the vents is definitely not hot (maintenance said its because they use high efficiency HVAC) gets kind of annoying when it blows on you at night. Sound proofing could be better, can hear one of my neighbors dogs bark every so often. I know the cons seem longer than the pros but its not that bad at all, just want to be honest. Overall would recommend if youre looking for something in the area.
