We apologize for the error in overcharging your credit card rather than doing a refund for the loaner car. We fixed this immediately and appreciate your understanding.The reason we called you to get your perspective about the symptoms of the vehicle was because your wife Megan requested that we call you because she was busy at work, and you were working from home, and it would be better for her. We would always rather talk to the driver who is experiencing vehicle issues. We were only following this request. The diagnostic fee was discussed at the time Megan signed our authorization form a price of $159.99 not $260. Your Invoice reflects $159.99 for diagnostics and $25 for the loaner. Loaners are free if we do your repairs on your vehicle, the $500 deposit is standard in our industry and explained on the loaner agreement that was signed. Our loaners are extremely popular and we most times have customers waiting to get one, that is why we request we get them back same day we are finished with our diagnoses or repair.I tried to call and discuss this with you, but you were not available to talk.
