Buyer Beware. I've given Freeway Ford a month to reply to our concerns before I offer this review they solicited from me and have heard nothing but silence. So much for their ambitious slogan stating that "It has been a pleasure serving you and my goal is to ensure your continued satisfaction for many years to come!" Not that I'm losing any sleep over it because, after all, they are car dealers and this is what they do and how they are. Even so, our experience was extremely disappointing. I've bought dozens of cars, several of them from (shudder) dealers, but I've never had a more unpleasant experience buying a car from a dealer as I had recently with Freeway Ford. Just know that, in our unpleasant encounter, almost everything anybody we had the misfortune of speaking with said is a carefully crafted deception designed purely to deceive you, from their deceptive advertising to their equally deceptive personal assurances that their ads are accurate, to their frequent assertions about something they like to euphemistically call customer satisfaction, which must be imaginary since we have yet to experience anything remotely resembling even an attempt at customer satisfaction. I know that this review will have no effect on Freeway Fords con man business practices; I offer it more as a cautionary warning that if you are intent on buying anything from this place, you should consider bringing with you a lawyer, a mechanic, a camera crew, a sound crew and several more witnesses than we had to protect yourself in any interaction with this place. After all, they are car dealers and giving credit where credit is due, Freeway Ford is doing an exceptional job of proudly perpetuating and maybe even personifying the shady car dealer stereotype.

We have a transportation and Limousine company. This is my favorite Ford dealer, great customer service, especially the parts department. They are always helpful.

Great experience purchasing a new Mustang. Lena was great, I've purchased many new cars and this experience was the best. Very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Great car, Great price, and a pleasant purchasing experience. Doesn't get much better than that.

Amazing customer service especially with children with a stoor employee whos name i cant remember showing them around and showing all the different features of newer cars
