Avoid at all costs. Tyler the local sales guy applies high pressure and does not disclose extremely high hidden fees upon moving out nor do they listen or work with you when you are a small business. Clearly not interested in long term customer retention. My rate doubled upon time renew and for what Spaces is offering its just not worth it. The space itself is poorly managed, temperature is not comfortable, walls are thin, and there is one bathroom per floor essentially which is inconvenient even with low capacity in the building. WeWork is down the street.. ***UPDATE*** Still waiting on my retainer balance to be returned. Zero communications or updates from SPACES or Regus throughout the process. Continues to be a poor experience all around.

I recently came across spaces north loop and initially was in awe of what the team had to offer little did I know I was about to be scammed and finessed of this experience. If you ever get the chance to tour the place youll likely meet Tyler. Tyler has made my experience with spaces the worst. As soon as the tour was over I was instantly bombarded with emails and texts questioning if I was going to sign. This repeated for days almost as I felt rushed to decide whether or not this place was a good enough fit for my business. I warn new businesses to stay away from this space and these people. Yes they take your money yes they rush you into signing and yes they are persistent and money hungry, do yourself a favor and look into other commercial office spaces because this is not it, I am 1,000% dissatisfied with the lack of clear communication and professionalism with this place and will never recommend to anyone else. They dont care about your situation or trying to help in any way, do yourself the favor and look else where.
