Terrible location please dont send your kids here. They allow parents to come into the school and cuss at other students. Theres also been an incident with one of the teachers who happens to be the directors sister, hit a student and still works at the location even though corporate was called and she was reported. They will not call you if your baby is sick with a fever and theyve also been know to randomly send children home for no reason.

I cannot express enough how grateful my family is to have found this particular daycare center. It has been our go-to place for over 5 years now, and we wouldn't want it any other way. Three of my children have had the privilege of attending this daycare, and two of them are still under their care. The teachers at this center have been nothing short of magnificent. They go above and beyond to ensure that my children are well taken care of, both physically and emotionally. One of the aspects that I truly appreciate about this daycare is the open and effective communication. Whenever I drop off my children, I have complete peace of mind knowing that they are in great hands. The teachers treat them as if they were their own children, showering them with love, attention, and guidance. It is truly heartwarming to witness the nurturing and supportive environment that this daycare center provides. They understand the individual needs of each child and create a space where they can grow, learn, and thrive. As a parent, there is nothing more comforting than knowing that my children are being cared for in such a loving and safe environment. I am forever grateful to the teachers and staff at this daycare center for their dedication, passion, and commitment. They have become like an extended family to us, and we are eternally thankful for the positive impact they have had on our lives

My son has been coming to NH since he was a baby. Staff has been helpful with working with my kiddo to learn, have fun, be respectful, and now getting him ready to go to kindergarten! They also have shown how much they truly care to my son-it helps as a parent to know that your child is in good hands

We have two children that have been enrolled at New Horizon Uptown since they were infants. At every stage/classroom we have been thoroughly impressed with the teachers, curriculum, and overall care provided. The teachers and leadership all have a deep connection with our children and their development. Their progression to different classrooms is not based on generic benchmarks such as age or walking, but the New Horizon team communicates openly about the maturity and development of the child and why they think they should or should not move to new classrooms. New Horizon has gone above and beyond to make sure theyre assisting our child who has been physically late to develop. They have been eager to understand what specialists are recommending to us and implementing their recommendations with our son. We never considered a daycares approach to something like this when deciding and we couldnt be more pleased. In speaking with family/friends weve come to learn that our experience is rare and we are very grateful. New Horizon Uptown has everything you expect in a day care: safe, clean, transparent, kind, etc. but they do the little things that makes this place so much more.

We have utilized this daycare program for our two daughters (2.5 yrs & 9 months). The teachers are great here. Fantastic infant program with reliable caretakers. They have been with our infant since she was 3 months old and seem genuinely excited to be part of her life, often remarking enthusiastically about how she is growing and reaching milestones. We also like the toddler program and how they schedule the day. Our 2.5 yr old comes home happy & messy from playing outside & creating art. She also tries a lot of different foods from their meal programming. It's more varied than what we offer her at home. Communication is easy with pictures & updates throughout the day. We like the cute things they do for holidays (i.e. handprints & photos for mother's/father's day). They also are up to date with COVID protocols/advisories.
