        I really enjoyed my experience with Monica, she is very professional and kind. She was really easy to talk to and listened to everything I wanted. She did an amazing job on the alterations! She also had great suggestions for bustle and making minor changes to make the dress more comfortable. I loved how the ballroom bustle looked and would have never even considered it if Monica didn't suggest it. I also got my dress cleaned her and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family! Service: Alterations

        I made a "mistake" and turned in 3 Canada Goose items, 2 jackets and one sweater, which take some time to dry clean, and didn't ask for the wool sweater to be rushed before we take a vacation. I spoke with Emily about 4 days ago, apologizing for my error and asking for some help, and not only was she easy to talk to and super flexible, but she was able to get it done before we even started to pack! I can't say enough about how happy this made my wife, Emily is a ROCKSTAR for going out of her way to help fix the little "mistake" I made, and it will forever keep me coming back here. When I called today to see if they would have it done, Heather answered and knew EXACTLY what sweater I was talking about and told me it was all ready to go...all because of EMILY!! I HIGHLY recommend this place, as a first time customer, they treated me like I had been coming here for years. THANK YOU EMILY!!!!!!!! Service: Laundry pick-up

        Treasured Garment Restoration did amazing work on a delicate, thread-crocheted christening dress and a 90-year old bonnet. The dress had a 30-year old spit up stain and the bonnet was grey. There is no trace of a stain on the dress and the bonnet is white again. Wish I took "before" pictures! Highly recommend Treasured Garments for this type of work. They also cleaned and preserved my wedding dress and I was happy with the results. Service: Restoration
