Complex - lots of moving parts. Read ALL of the info on the sheets they give you upon provider conclusion - before you leave the building - as the checkout will not help you fully. Checkin & out is nice/friendly, but not necessarily insync with the providers. The clinics that are still in HCMC (purple, red, blue) seem to be more insync.

I absolutely adore my healthcare team now ! Sam Maiser and his team are the best neurologists around. The building is well maintained, easy to navigate and while busy and at times or places crowded this facility handles the twin cities chronic patients very well, everything all in one building, is an unspoken gem. While my ER and hospital stays were poor with HCMC all my other care has been professional, fast, and fantastic. Avoid the ER like the plague but the specialty clinic is worthy of giving HCMC another shot.

Asked about charges before and after service was lead to believe only paying 100 after deductions but they sent bill 840 labeled other when called was for using facility I was in a room for check up from dermatology but was still charged 500 for first time visit been to Hennepin before Would avoid 100%

My appointment was 6.30am.and I living in st Cloud mn. 1.30.minutes.driving.and weather not good. I pay for parking there is worst place no respect.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. He was very helpful. The staff and doctors were great!
