Your phone system is the worst I've ever experienced. I've tried everything to speak to a nurse and I just get a robot who spins me around in circles until I hang up and do it all over again. Oh, and when I just hit random numbers to find an actual human being, the "estimated wait time" was 19 minutes. Healthcare is joke.

I wont be returning to any Health Partners facility after my last visit to this clinic and having been using HealthPartners services for 7 years. I went to an appointment for my yearly preventative check with a doctor I havent seen before, Dr Rebecca Geiseker. During my appointment I asked how much vitamin d I should be taking and to look at potential nail fungus, which Dr Geiseker said she could not treat. Because I asked those two questions, Dr Rebecca Geiseker billed me for 2 office visits. I would also add that I am autistic, and when someone asks me if I want advice, I cant say no. Because Dr Geiseker billed me for 2 office visits, even though it was only 1 office visit, my insurance company would only pay for 1 office visit. When I called the billing department to complain about the charge, they smugly told me, actually we dont have to tell you if we are adding surprise charges to your bill. HealthPartners is a monstrous and financially predatory organization with unethical doctors.

Easy to access, safe open spacious parking, wonderful admission system with text based communication even to the point where it directs you to enter, take stairs to second floor and enter a room. Only take away is for the OCD might be upset by the elevator signage.
