An overall EXCELLENT experience. I placed an order online and forgot to put who it was from (rookie mistake!). I called and staff were able to locate my order quickly and fix it for me. Delivery was quick and it was nice to get updates on my end that it was delivered! Will definitely use them again now Im just looking for more excuses to send flowers!

Gorgeous riot of vibrant colors on an Arctic January day.
Mike, the delivery driver, was awesome.

If I could leave a 6-star rating, I would. 5 stars for the flowers: I mean, truly exquisite. And the bonus 6th star for Matt, the "flower delivery superman" (as I've since learned he's been lovingly dubbed): who turned a recipient-not-home, undeliverable situation into a can-do adventure. Arrangement delivered, day brightened :)
