Aside from the location, this really isn't that great of a pick. The rooms were ok at best. The mattress was like sleeping on a box spring. Parking is also horrible. You'll end up paying a daily rate and be lucky if you can find a spot. The parking lot is small and very hard to get around if you have a large vehicle.

Safety: You needed to have your room key in order to access levels 2-6 for the elevator also needed your room key to access the stairs

Me and my fiance booked a stay for here. The staff was very rude. Took over 30 minutes to check in. They kept giving her the runaround. Saying that our reservation was not in the system, the front desk attendant got their manager. Once the manager did confirm the reservation, we were told that our room was not ready and that we were getting a room change. We booked a king bed suite and got a double room with no amenities that were the same as what we originally paid for and was charged an extra $150. On top of all of that the staff was really unfriendly and unkind to my fianc. To the point that she felt discriminated against. This place is not queer friendly. I'm very disappointed in our stay and regret bring our business to a place where it was definitely not appreciated. Please have staff keep their personal opinions out of how they handle customers and execute customer service.

The location was convenient because our daughter was in a nearby hospital.
