Aspen Limo and Car Services - Minneapolis

My friend and I reserved a party bus from Aspen for two hours to celebrate our graduation. Our plan was to have some drinks, dance, and enjoy the time with our friends while celebrating graduation. Well that never happened. We tried to connect our phones to bus's Bluetooth for almost an hour, which never worked out. The one time after 40 minutes of trying to connect our phones it finally worked, which lasted for 4 minutes the most and then turned off again. We literally drove a party bus with no music. Not only we could not connect our phones to the system , the AC was constantly switching to heat. IT WAS SUPER HOT IN THE BUS WHICH MADE OUR FRIENDS SICK....the graduation party was ruined, and we asked the bus driver to drop us off at home. After the fact my friend and I called numerous times to request a refund. When we called all that was said is that the manager will call us back which never happened. It was the worst party bus experience ever, and i would not recommend doing any business with them.

Booked a limo for 2 families to see Christmas lights just for them not to show up. Wrecked 5 kid's Christmas and still haven't gotten a call back from the 3 managers that told me they were "looking into it". Trash company.

Both back  limo doors where held together with duck tape. The inside walls where duck taped. I the limo driver did not even get out of the limo once to greet us, open doors, he talked to us by phone. I gave him a tip when paying for the limo I will never do that again. There was no heat in the limo we could see our breath. Spent $930.00 for a limo that was falling apart right Infront of us. Never use this limo services it was the worst experience for me and my employees.

I have been using Aspen since 1999! This is a family owned high quality and reliable service. The owners still drive too - Ali just picked me up at 4:30am. That says it all.
