I really wanted to enjoy my therapy experience here. First, you check yourself in to the waiting room and the place feels very sterile. Second, theres a lot of therapists and it feels like theyre just cycling through patients. My intake appointment was full of questionnaires that ended up being just to give something for insurance so we never actually talked about the results or treatment plan. It took over a month for my bill statement to show up after I ended services, despite my therapist saying when I ended treatment I didnt have an outstanding bill. Overall this place was unorganized and didnt seem care-focused. Plenty of better options in the Twin cities.

A solidly for profit agency with disregard for clients. Yes, I was a client and the agency cannot disclose that without violating HIPPA.

Would give less stars if I could. They scheduled me for 11am on a Saturday and I went the first day. they were closed and told me they are only open every other week. I come in the next week and the lights are on and nobody's home. litterally. stayed for 20 minutes knocking. I love being denied when I was the one scheduled. Should probably talk to a therapist about that. But oh yeah... they won't let me. Find a new place.

Please stay away from Ellie Mental Health for your own mental health. I usually do not write reviews like this, but my experience here warranted one. I set up an initial therapy session with one of the providers to go over some of the concerns I had with my mental well-being. It was a quick get to you know each other session and I thought it went well. The provider looked over my insurance and told me that the sessions were completely covered by insurance and rushed to schedule additional appointments for the following weeks. Through the following weeks and sessions, the provider did not really go over my concerns, but just created small talk. They told me that they would send me some material that went over my concerns, but never did. They also said they would help schedule additional testing, but never did. Of course, I was disgruntled after a few sessions of getting nowhere. I thought "at least its covered" and ended my sessions with the provider. I then received a bill for services rendered by the provider for 550 dollars. I emailed them and asked why I was being charged when they said it was completely covered. I would not have accepted the additional sessions after the initial session if they did not tell me it was fully covered. After a slow exchange of emails, the provider then forwarded my concern to the billing department, but of course the billing department tells me that there's nothing they can do about this and that who ever told me I was fully covered misspoke. I'm sure the provider only had one thing in mind when scheduling those sessions ($$$). Had I actually received the help I wanted, I would have been fine, but $550 for small talk and no progress with my own concerns is robbery. Do yourself a favor and find a different place for your mental health needs.

Super unethical facility. I was told that all first office visits were $250 across all doctors. They sent me a bill for $525, over double what they confirmed was the fee across every single care provider. Do not book an appointment here, this is illegal what they are doing and its very sad to victimize and take advantage of people needing mental health support
