I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Optimal Lending, specifically with Mohamed Jama, for a home refinancing process. Unfortunately, I cannot express enough how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with the service we received. From the beginning, Mohamed Jama assured us that our case would be straightforward, urging us not to worry. However, this reassurance quickly turned into frustration as he started to ignore our calls and, eventually blocked our attempts to reach him. This unprofessional behavior left us feeling abandoned and without any avenue for communication or updates on our case. The overall treatment we received was nothing short of horrible and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against working with Optimal Lending, especially if you are seeking efficient and reliable results. The line of communication with Mohamed Jama was not just lacking; it was downright trash. I would caution anyone considering their services to explore alternative options, as the lack of professionalism and communication made the entire process unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.
