I had a unique situation where I had to buy the house solo (without my fiance due to his poor credit). I also have a small business that hasn't been very profitable for the last 2 years. Going the route of a conventional loan allowed the underwriter to not have to dig into every little document and ask about it, which they do in government backed loans. Im a private person and the conventional loan route was effortless with Dusty. From a personal standpoint, Dusty was always quick to text, email or call back answering our questions and patient in educating us on what everything meant. I worked with Shane Manor from Fairway and he was great! This was my first home and with that there were a lot of things that were new to me. But Shane took the time to answer every question in ways that were easy to understand and made sure everything was clear to me. I felt very comfortable going through the purchase process with Shane as he was always reaching out and making sure everything was well and going to plan. Definitely would recommend Shane.
