I had my car broken into and saw it happen to many others, management never did anything to prevent this from occurring. They also let groups of hooligans loiter in the lobby despite any of them living there. And lastly theres a homeless man in the entrance most nights begging. Once again management just lets it happen.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car has been broken into in their secured parking garage that we have to pay TWO HUNDRED dollars a month for. Additionally, the parking garage door came crashing down onto my car one time and broke my ski racks, which the apartment said their security cameras were not working for. There is no such thing as management. Mind you, when I moved into my place my apartment unit was not cleaned or turned over AT ALL from the previous residents completely filthy, sticky floors, and had black mold growing in our washer and dryer units. The workers are a bunch of teenagers that play on their phones and clearly have no idea what theyre doing. Homeless people sleep in the stairways and lobby. Elevators dont work (or really any of the other amenities they offer). Do not let your kids live here.

I truly hope I am the only one who experienced this here but a couple weeks ago I woke up to go for my 4am jog on the weekend. As soon as I made my way out to the lobby I saw 4 homeless people sleeping in the chairs. I had no problem with it since it was cold but when I got back from my jog one was unconscious on the floor in front of the doors with a tipped over bottle of E&J. I thought it was weird since the rest were gone and all the chairs were tipped over like the lobby got rummaged through. I tried to email management about it just to get a response of "Dear tenant, we apologize for the inconvenience!" Totally neglecting the fact that the lobby got ransacked and that I was concerned about the security but it is what it is I guess. The next day I saw a trail of slimey dirt leading through the doors that looked like a wet bag of dirt got dragged through the doors to the elevator. In total disbelief that this all happened to me and I know I couldn't have been the only one to see this blasphemous preposterous activities occur. The sad part is I don't even know what happened to buddy on the floor or the people in the chairs.

The Bridges has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived at and this is coming from someone who lived at The Quad which had a black mold and flooding problem. Although the units have good views thats about all this place has to offer. The staff is really the downfall of this apartment, they will not help you even when youre in danger. Ive had a back and fourth email thread with one of the employees that stretches the course of 7 MONTHS where he told me I had to provide evidence that I was in danger (as if they couldnt just check the security camera themselves), and when I did provide the evidence he completely ghosted me and didnt address the issue at all. Ive also walked into the garage and seen multiple cars broken into. Theres always glass in the garage from shattered car windows and if your car does get broken into the staff will tell you theres nothing they can do about it. Besides the maintenance and security, half of the amenities in this place do not work. Theres never a time where all three of the elevators have been working at the same time. Theres always gym equipment that is broken, the printer doesnt work, and half of the game room is nonfunctional. Even the security doesnt like to work here, half the time they will be on their phone not paying any attention to their surroundings. Save yourself the headache and your money and do notttt live at the bridges!
