The fact that they never open on time every day is crazy! Employees should be inside ready to work at 7:00 a.m. but there has been habitual times I've pulled up between 7:00 and 7:20 a.m. and there are employees sitting in their cars smoking cigarettes and the drive-thru is closed. I'm sure someone's going to look at this and say why didn't you go someplace else, every other place within this vicinity is trash for breakfast, not to mention I need to eat so I can take medication first thing in the morning before I go to work so as a paying customer why should I have to feel the need to drive someplace else that I don't go to on a regular basis to get breakfast when the place I normally go to is supposed to be open at 7:00 a.m..

. I was in there today at about 930 and the gal would not take my order insist that I go to the kiosk she said thats the only way we do it ive been in there before never had a problem ordering this woman was just rude and then she went and asked the manager and she came back rudely and said you know exactly what you need I said yes I do. I got my food got home. It was OK but what a rude employee, think Im done with that location. Kiosk are wrong for a lot of people find for some not me Im on Medicare.
